What if I made a payment with my credit card / PayPal, but can't find the payment record in Payment History?

We're sorry for the inconvenience! This is usually a temporary delay caused by payment confirmation not being returned to our system in real time. We can help you verify.

Please try these steps first:

  1. Wait 5 minutes, then refresh the page and check your subscription status
  2. Go to Member Avatar > Member Profile and check if your access period has been updated

If it's still not activated, please email support@macromicro.me with:

  • Your registered email address
  • First 6 and last 4 digits of the card used (PayPal users: your PayPal billing email)
  • A screenshot of the successful payment or the transaction number

Once confirmed, our support team will manually activate your account during business hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 GMT+8).
