Will I be notified before my subscription renews?

We have the following notification system in place:

Annual plans

A reminder email is automatically sent to your registered email 10 days before the renewal charge. If you do not wish to renew, please follow the instructions in the email and disable auto-renewal in advance.

Monthly plans

Due to the shorter billing interval, there is currently no fixed reminder email. We recommend checking your next billing date so you can plan ahead.
