For credit card payment, what if I didn't receive the 3DS one-time password (OTP) via SMS?

The 3D verification SMS is sent by your card-issuing bank. If you haven't received it, try the following:

1. Make sure your phone has a stable signal and isn't in Do Not Disturb mode
2. Wait 1–2 minutes (some banks are slower to send)
3. Close the current page and restart the payment process from the subscription page

If you still don't receive the code after several attempts, contact your card-issuing bank directly to confirm that 3D Secure verification is enabled on your card.
