How can I remove my credit card

If you just want to pause or cancel your subscription, here's how:

Credit card subscription

Go to Member Profile → Payment History and adjust your subscription status. Please do this before your next billing date.

To remove a linked credit card entirely, email support@macromicro.me from your registered email address.

⚠️ Before removing: If your subscription is still active, removing the card will prevent auto-renewal.

💡 If you just want to switch to a different card (without cancelling your subscription): Go to Member Profile > Payment History >「Update Payment Info」

PayPal subscription

Cancel the recurring payment in your PayPal account. If you need help, email support@macromicro.me.
