After subscribing and making a payment, the related membership plan benefits are not activated

Encountering this situation can be quite confusing. Let’s check it together!

The most common reason is that the login account is different from the subscription account.

Since MacroMicro supports multiple login methods (Email, Google, Facebook, WeChat), if different email addresses are used for different methods, the system will treat them as separate accounts. Please first confirm the following:

  1. Go to Member Profile to check the current account’s subscription status and validity period

  2. Recall if you have ever subscribed using another email or login method

Additionally, although less common, it is possible that due to payment gateway or network issues, the benefits may not be activated immediately after payment.

If you encounter this situation, please email support@macromicro.me and provide any of the following payment information to facilitate inquiry:

  • The transaction order number from the payment confirmation email

  • The first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the credit card used. For subscriptions made via PayPal, payment records can only be accessed using the order number.
