Can I cancel my ongoing subscription and get a partial refund?

As a general policy, subscriptions begin upon activation and refunds for used time are not provided — we appreciate your understanding.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Once cancelled, auto-renewal stops from the next cycle, and your current access remains unaffected until the end of your paid period.

To cancel, follow these steps:

Credit card subscription

Go to Member Profile > Payment History and adjust your subscription status. Please do this before your next billing date.

PayPal subscription
