Can I get a refund if I am charged after my free trial ends?

As a general policy, not cancelling a trial is treated as consent to continue, and since the paid plan begins upon charging, refunds for time already used are not available — we appreciate your understanding.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Cancellation stops the next cycle's renewal while your current access continues through the end of your paid period.

To cancel:

Credit card subscription

Go to Member Profile → Payment History and adjust your subscription status. Please do this before your next billing date.

PayPal subscription

Cancel the recurring payment in your PayPal account. If you need assistance, email support@macromicro.me.
