How can I change the email address for account login?

Changing your login email currently requires manual assistance — just send us an email!

Please contact support@macromicro.me with: ・Your current login email ・The new email address you'd like to use

Our team will process the change during business hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 GMT+8) and send a password update notification to your new email — please remember to check it.

⚠️ Note: If you also have Google or Facebook social login linked to your account, please verify that those connections are still working correctly in Member Profile after the change.
