Why does the account keep getting logged out frequently?
This usually happens due to browser settings. Please refer to the following:
Our website uses a "rolling 7-day" mechanism — if you revisit the site within 7 days of logging in, the system automatically extends your session so you stay logged in.
However, if you regularly clear your browser cache or use incognito/private mode, your login credentials will be cleared and the system will treat you as logged out, requiring you to log in again each time.
To avoid frequent logouts, we recommend:
- Avoid manually clearing your browser cache and site data
- Use regular browsing mode (not incognito)
