How can I delete my account?
If you would like to delete your account, the process must be completed with the assistance of our support team. Please send an email from your registered account to support@macromicro.me to confirm your request.
⚠️ Please note that account deletion is irreversible. Please proceed with caution.
Before proceeding, we recommend confirming the following to avoid any inconvenience:
- If you have an active subscription, please go to “Payment History” and cancel auto-renewal in advance to prevent further charges after deletion
- All reports and saved content accumulated during your subscription will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
Once the deletion is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. We also sincerely welcome your feedback on your experience. Your input is highly valued, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
