What can I do if I've used up my monthly download quota?

Data download is an exclusive feature of the MM Business enterprise plan, with quota shared across the entire team (200 downloads/month on monthly billing, 500/month on annual billing).

If your quota runs out, there are two options:

1. Wait for the next monthly reset: Quota automatically refills at the start of each month.

2. Purchase additional quota: If you need more urgently, contact business@macromicro.me and our team will assist you.
