Why can't I download data?
Data download is an exclusive feature of the MM Business enterprise plan. If you're already an MM Business subscriber but can't download, here are the most common reasons:
You haven't agreed to the Data Usage Agreement: You must check the box to agree to MacroMicro's data usage terms before downloading. Please verify this step is complete.
Your download quota is used up: MM Business monthly plan shares 200 downloads/month; annual plan shares 500/month. If you've hit the limit, wait for the next monthly reset or purchase additional quota.
The data has copyright restrictions: Some data is sourced from partners and may not be available for download under their agreements. These datasets are usually noted on the page.
