Can I request a refund for M-Coins?

If you need to request a refund for M-Coins, please follow this process:

Fill out the Refund Application Form and include the required documentation (including the credit memo and a Taiwan-based NT$ bank account). Send the completed form to support@macromicro.me and we'll process it from there.
