I'm using the free trial. Why did I receive a payment confirmation email?

MacroMicro occasionally offers free trial promotions. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan so your access continues seamlessly.

Billing

After the trial, the subscription will auto-renew monthly or annually (depending on the promotion terms), charged on the day the trial expires.

How to cancel

If you don't want to continue, you can cancel at any time via Member Profile → Payment History. Please cancel at least one day before the trial expiry date to avoid being charged.
